Location very convenient to the venue we were visiting. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. On site laundry a plus.
Spare lightbulbs would be helpful, better lighting in bedrooms.

The views from inside from where I was saying
I didn’t like when you get into the property and you have a question. There is nobody there to answer for you. I asked the person inside where to park and she said on the side or in front. The building does not have side parking. Also, I did have problems getting my parking pass to work, and I did press the call button for assistance on the little intercom and they hung up on me, so I was not too thrilled. The customer service online was very polite. But in store. Customer service is why I would give this place to three star. The rooms were big enough for a family stay so that was well. I did like the security that is needed to go into the building. However, if I wanted to cook, I did not like that. There was only metal utensils. There was no wooden utensils, and the pans do look like they’re older. They were loosefitting, and the table kept making a noise. So we had to put like a little napkin, because I guess the previous people had taken away. A little circle thing on the table to make it not make a noise, but I was just in a hurry to go to my concert, so I didn’t really get to check everything or take photos. Like I usually do.
