The apartment has a good size and accommodated my family and I very well. The host, Giovanni, is super nice, picked us up to and from the airport for a reasonable price, we even got to see parts of Rome that we would not have otherwise. There are air conditioners in all rooms (very much appreciated and needed during summer). Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby.
Of course I was aware of that, but just giving a heads up, the apartment is not downtown. There is a bus stop 1 minute away from the apartment. Depending on the area you want to reach, you'll need to take more than 1 mean of transport, and traffic is common on rush hours.

Giovanni è veramente una gran brava persona, disponibilissima e simpaticissima, pronto in ogni momento a suggerire consigli su cosa vedere, dove mangiare, come spostarsi...TOP

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. All rooms have AC and electric shutters, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very welcoming and offered us some attentions from him and was very nice
The location is a bit far from the center, with public transportation it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center.
