We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The living area is spacious, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is terrific: e.g. there are cafetière, mocha and Nespresso coffee options and at least two teapots. The main sleeping area under the roof is large with a king-size bed, but did feel hot in the heat wave. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and would definitely be cooler. The location is very central and great for seeing Angers. We had no difficulty with parking our hire car, not with the stairs.

It did feel uncomfortably hot in the recent heat wave but the large fan made a big difference.

Boy was this apartment fantastic for us. 2 separate sleeping areas. Amazing bathroom with full tiled shower huge tub and 2 person vanity. Every single house item you might want is likely there. (See the drawer of kitchen implements! More than I have at home). Great instructions and communication. 3 flights of stairs was a bit tough at times (we are in our 60s & 70s). But we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Designer decor with wonderful lighting, plenty of outlets. Hairdryer, 2 different flat irons and a curling dryer were in the bathroom. Along with q-tips & so many other things. My magnesium bath soak was perfect after a long day at chateaux visiting in the Loire valley. Easy access from nante airport and almost no graffiti. People were incredibly friendly. Just can’t wait to go back.

Well. Parking was private but really really tight. 3 flights up with no elevator. But otherwise great.
