L’appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux !

Un très bon emplacement dans Angers , calme et proche du centre-ville quand même, joli design de l’appartement et excellents tutos du propriétaire qui permettent de tout maîtriser rapidement ( même le four et les plaques !)
Le manque d’indications pour trouver certains éléments de literie ( c’est dans un placard secret de l’entrée), le ménage pas impeccable, le literie trop bon marché dans la chambre enfants , la demande de caution de la part des propriétaires

La localisation proche du centre-ville et des commerces. L'espace et la décoration du logement.
La qualité et l'état des ustensiles ( coutellerie, planche à découper ) mériteraient d'être améliorés et complétés.
