The apartment is spacious, and I had the whole place to myself. It is in front of a nice public garden. The neighborhood where it’s located is pleasant and clean, and fairly close to Rome’s Termini train station. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful in our communications.

The hot water in the shower kept cutting in and out, so for more than half the time I was showering, I was under cold water. I wasn't able to let the owner know because I took my shower late. For me, this is a major inconvenience that doesn't justify the price.

Gospodarz był bardzo miły. Apartament przestrony w ładnej okolicy, łatwy dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej (autobus/metro), a także z łatwym dojazdem z lotniska Fiumicino (pociąg do dworca Roma Tuscolana), bardzo dobre wyposażenie, w kuchni była Herbata, kawa itp. Wifi perfekcyjne, na miejscu pralka, ręczniki itd. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, aż ciężko było wstawać i wyruszać na zwiedzanie miasta. Z małych minusów faktycznie moża wspomnieć o słabej izolacji akustycznej, ale dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu, w końcu to Włochy kraj ekspresji i żywiołowość.
