El apartamento es exactamente como se describe en el anuncio. Dispone de una cocina completamente equipada, lavadora, microondas y aire acondicionado con función de calefacción. Hay muchos comercios en los alrededores, destacando un supermercado abierto las 24 horas justo al lado de la estación de metro, la cual se encuentra a unos 15 minutos caminando.

Con poco esfuerzo sería posible mejorar aún más la experiencia. Por ejemplo, sería recomendable cambiar dos sillas cuyo tapizado está dañado, así como el mueble del lavabo del baño que necesita ser reemplazado. El pasillo de la entrada y el área exterior tienen varios enseres que podrían retirarse para dar una mejor impresión. Además, las persianas podrían cambiarse, ya que aunque aportan privacidad, están algo deterioradas.

1. The gentlemen in the main house were very nice and welcoming. 2. The response time to my texts/calls was prompt. 3. The location to Middlesex University was great. 4. Due to the area being prominently Orthox Jewish, it allowed me and my daughter to feel safe. 5. The studio had all the interior amenities one would need,such as a small fridge, stove/oven, kettle, clothes washer/dryer, internet/wifi

1. Although the gentlemen in the main house were very nice, the studio faces directly into their home, making it very uncomfortable to open up the blinds in the unit. 2. There's technically no garden. The studio is in the back of the property with a piece of artificial turf in between the properties. Old pieces of patio furniture and unused exercise equipment did not make it feel like an inviting garden setting. 3. The studio has very poor ventilation. If the bathroom window is not left open, the room holds a musky odor. The fan in the bathroom did not work. 4. The side window was locked and a blind was missing. Therefore, making it feel uncomfortable for 2 single women to sleep on the bed, knowing that a person would have visual access to the room. We had to place a large mirror by the bed to block the view. 5. The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. One could feel the springs of the mattress and the mattress on the sofa bed was quite thin. The sofa bed also dipped in the middle. 6. There was no detail in the cleaning of the room: A. The bathroom had visible mold on grout (wall by toilet) and hinges of shower door. B. The toilet seat was not attached properly, therefore it was lose and moved around. C. On the wall, above the soda, there was an area with what appeared to be where an insect was killed but not cleaned off. As well as a spider web in the corner of the room. D. The mattress didn't have a mattress protector and there was no fitted or flat sheet. Instead, the mattress had a bed skirt serving as a sheet, exposing the stained mattress. I located a fitted sheet in the cupboard, but it was too small for the mattress. D. The mattress on the sofa bed was also stained and lacked a mattress protector. The pillows for the sofa did not have any pillow covers. *I did not count for the following on my review: 1. Google maps directs one to a business on the same street.
