Beautiful apartment, clean and specious. Location is very good nearby bus and metro station ~ 1h trip from London city center. Good instructions. Had a great night sleep in comfortable bed.

The location is very convenient, just a 5–6 minute walk from Hendon Central Station. From there, it takes around 30–35 minutes to reach Central London (Waterloo), and a return ticket costs about £14. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets around the station, so it was easy to find food and anything else we needed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchen was large, spotless, and very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room was also clean, cozy, and inviting—a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation.

Although the kitchen and living room were great, there were several issues that affected our stay. The kettle was very old, heavily covered in limescale, and didn't look very clean. The shared kitchen could also be cleaner, as some guests didn't wash their dishes properly. Waste sorting was confusing because everyone seemed to dispose of rubbish differently. We stayed in Flat 2, and our room faced the main street. The road is very busy both during the day and at night, so there was constant traffic noise. The window insulation was not very good, which made the noise even more noticeable. There is no air conditioning, but the staff kindly provided us with a fan, which helped. The mattress was too soft for our liking, and we both experienced back pain after sleeping on it. The bathroom also needs some maintenance. The shower over the bathtub leaked onto the floor after every shower, leaving a large amount of water on the bathroom floor. The wooden skirting boards were damaged by moisture, the sink cabinet looked old, and the handles were in poor condition due to heavy limescale buildup.
