This place is awesome. We wanted to spoil ourselves with a Private place with pool and this is where we found it.
First, you should know that when you arrive you contact the owner and then you get instructions for getting the keys on site. Once you get in, you are welcomed by a spacious villa with a really nice big pool..oh the pool..big nice and also around 1,8 meters deep. Kids should be Supervised, I guess.
We went as a couple wich gave us more space than we needed. Would be perfect for a family or friends vacation.
Pool was cleaned every day and house cleaning Seemed to be possible everyday. The couple who maintains everything is super friendly. They gave us fruit from the garden and spread a welcoming athmosphere. They hardly understand english and we found out too late that we could have also have booked our trip back to the airport with him, which is very convenient.
Make sure to have a scooter. There is a small supermarket a little down the road but to get to the Main Island life you just need a way to get around. You can have a scooter brought to you, just Google or ask the nice couple. Book here and enjoy. Thank you very much for having us.
Tip: few mosquito coils do wonder at the pool. We saw many lizzards hunting small creatures and even saw a small monitor lizzard wandering the garden wall in the morning. You live right next to nature.
What was missing: A little fact sheet of the area. Restaurant recommandation, supermarket. Flyer with scooter renting options (you have best man for that already, why not tell your customers?) Card or Flyer with his Info is enough. Everybody needs transport to airport or ferry at one point. Still this is not a negative, but we would be happy with this small service of information.
We did not mind the street in front of the house, but of course you hear cars going by but it is getting really quiet in the evenings, so you can enjoy the pool or sit at the table.
As almost everywhere in Thailand, the matresses are more on the firm side.

loved the villa . It was clean and fresh the pool was really lovely and well kept. The hosts were super helpful and responsive so you will be well looked after
You really need a car or use of a moped for a family. Luckily we were able to get one as we had an international drivers license so plan this if you go for this Villa . Its a way from main towns but is really lovely

-Udlejer var det sødeste menneske, han ville virkelig sine lejere det bedste og sagde flere gange “Your pleasure, is my goal”
- Dejligt at have køkken at lave mad i
- 3 gode værelser med aircondition i hver. 2 gode badeværelser.
- Dejlig pool og gode siddegrupper
- Gav os en kæmpe frugtkurv som undskyldning for manglerne.
- Sengene på 2 af værelserne var drøn hårde, han forsøgte at skifte dem undervejs, lykkedes med 2 ud af 3 værelser.
- Køkkenet manglede service, han kom og toppede op med ekstra service
- Der var ikke reelle dyner, men kun tæpper uden sengetæppe. (Vi købte vores eget)
- Badene havde ikke særlig varmt vand, tenderende til koldt. Køkkenet havde slet ingen varm vand.
- Rengøring kom når man mindst ventede det. I fremtiden bør man oplyses omkring hvornår de kommer.
- Motorvej i forhaven.

Tout était parfait, l'hôte a été extrêmement serviable et joignable. Il nous a aidé pour tout. Le lieu est super calme et la piscine est top.
