Die Lage war perfekt
Wohnung für 4 Personen nicht geeignet, Klappsofa extrem unbequem und wurde auch nicht bezogen. Duschkabine ebenfalls kaputt, Wasser läuft ins Badezimmer

Convenience of location, as I was visiting family who had a flat in the same building.
Wear and tear is showing in in some aspects. The bedroom carpet was stained and needed deep cleaning or replacement. The kitchen counter appeared wrapped in a plastic type of surface, and it was unraveling in a few spaces. The cold water handle on the kitchen sink was continuously dripping.
