I liked the location and general comfort of the apartment. There were enough electrical outlets to charge my gear.

I did not like that there were NO basic amenities provided like salt and pepper, oil, napkins, etc. The cupboards were completely empty of anything useful. If you plan to cook, you will have to buy everything. There was not even a coffee pot or bialetti. There is a nespresso machine but I don't think of that as coffee. I bought instant coffee and boiled water instead. Also, PARKING is not "available." There are paid parking spots nearby and a parking garage about 7 minutes walk away, just like there would be in any city. So, if you plan to park, you will have to pay for it. However, Parking is free on weekends and also between 7:30 PM and 9 AM.

The location of this place is amazing! It’s not the biggest grandest flat but it’s clean, comfy and nicely decorated. I am a traveling photographer and the location of this place was incredibly useful for me. Walk out the front door, and one minute walk down the hill is the famous Medieval aqueduct. If you go the other way, one minute walk up the steps is the famous Etruscan Arch. Three more minutes further up some steps is Ponta Sole with one of the most beautiful views looking east off the city into the valley. The main square is less than a ten minute walk away as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I will be returning to this beautiful city.

Slightly noisy at night but nothing too bad.

The studio is very clean and the deco is minimalist, which I like.

It would be good if there were a microwave oven in the studio. It took me a while to find the place and I think the problem is that the name of the street is not clearly marked, or at least I didn’t find it. So here is the tip: when you face the front gate of the Foreigners’ University, to your left and 10 meters away from the front gate are some stairs. Walk down and the studio/house is about 20 meters on your left.
