Peaceful stay close to Innsbruck

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet place. Easy access with a code. Beautiful view from the windows. Very clean. 3 bedrooms were very convenient for our family of 5. Close to the small village with commerce. 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck. Restaurant downstairs. Reasonable bus connection to Innsbruck.

The location is a bit outside of the village. Not a problem with a car. The closest shop by foot is about 20 minutes. Some small things can be fixed in the apartment.

Comfortable, large space, but mountain view was better from the parking lot than the living room.

Check-in was easy. Very convenient parking. Lots of space. Great restaurant downstairs.

Lighting did not work in the living room. The main windows also faced away from the mountains so you could see great mountains from the parking lot, but not so much from the apartment.

Toffe locatie voor een verblijf met het gezin of met vrienden.

Het appartement was zeer ruim en netjes en we hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen vanuit verschillende hoeken. In de keuken was alle materiaal aanwezig.

De keuken is niet voorzien van een dampkap. Voor ons geen probleem omdat we weinig zelf gekookt hebben. De lange banken aan de eettafel zijn niet altijd even handig. Het beloofde welkomstpakket hebben we niet ontvangen; er lag niets in het appartement en er was ook niet voorzien dat we dit ergens konden ophalen. Van het restaurant hebben we slechts 1 avond gebruik kunnen maken, de overige dagen was het gesloten.

Wir hatten schöne 4 Tage Kurzurlaub und die Anbindung mit ÖPNV war sehr praktisch in allen Lagen.

Gefallen hat uns das Gesamtkonzept der Räumlichkeit. Alles war da und soweit gut in Schuss. Ein gutes Restaurant unten im Haus, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, einen See in der Nähe, Wanderrouten en Mass, gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten etc.

Weniger gut haben uns fehlende Mückengitter bei diesen Temperaturen gefallen, dadurch war es unter dem Dach sehr warm, man konnte Nachts nicht gut lüften. Auch ist die Hauptstraße relativ nah, für geräuschempfindliche Leute vielleicht nicht so optimal bei geöffneten Fenstern. Eine Möglichkeit zum Unterstellen/Sichern von Fahrrädern o.ä. wäre gut, die nicht von außen von jedem erreichbar/ einsehbar ist. Der Toilettenpapierhalter sollte vielleicht mal ersetzt werden, der ist doch sehr diffizil und fällt schnell runter ;-)

Große Wohnung nähe Innsbruck

Tolles und vor allem geräumiges Appartement. Gut eingerichtete Küche, schönes Bad, bequeme Betten. Alles neu und gepflegt. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Zugang mit Nummerncode.

Ungewöhnlich ist, dass trotz Buchung über Booking vorab Geld auf das Bankkonto der Vermietungsagentur überwiesen werden muss. In zwei Raten der Gesamtbetrag. Auch die Gäste müssen vorab über eine App oder homepage registriert werden. Vor Ort gibt es dann keinen Ansprechpartner. Lage an einer Bundesstrasse macht es ein wenig laut, und in der Küche wäre ein Mikrowellenherd praktisch.
