Very homely. Has air conditioning and large balcony. Quiet. Little extras like tea, coffee pod machine, paper towels, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
Lots of little quirks about the property, like shower rose sits half way up the wall over a bath, keys take a little bit of jiggling to work, not all power outlets accommodate Europe adapters, car accom is tight, beds are on the hard side, but the positives outweigh those things, and our host, Leonardo, was very lovely and took us through all of the little quirks so we knew what to do and what to expect.

A good location for IFAD, super helpful host and lovely balcony to relax on. It was very helpful to have the basics of tea, coffee and snacks in the room. Very considerate. And an extra surprise of a bottle of prosecco!
The main door lock needs replacing, difficult to operate with the key. The shower needs a bit of an upgrade. Softer pillows would be good!
