The flat was spacious and clean. We appreciated the two bathrooms. The location was also very interesting: The flat is located in a working class area with a long (socialist) history, and you will see graffiti and posters relating to it all over the neighborhood. The inner courtyard with flowers and trees is beautiful.

We have the recommendation to provide better written instructions for guests as we had to ask for the Wifi code and other details after arrival. Also, there were only two coffee cups and one wine glass in the kitchen although the flat accommodates four guests. We were three adults and would have appreciated more dishes.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, auch die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Wir konnten alles bequem erreichen, wie z. B. die Metro oder den Einkauf von Lebensmittel.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Schlüssel lag in der Unterkunft. Die Tür für die Unterkunft war nicht das Problem, sondern zwei Türen um überhaupt an die Wohnungstür zu kommen. Wir haben warten müssen, bis Anwohner uns freundlicherweise reingelassen haben. Das fanden wir sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten Glück, dass es nicht geregnet hat. Auch das alles über`s Handy läuft ( z.B. den Restbetrag zu bezahlen ), fanden wir alle sehr zeitaufwendig. Also nicht schnell und unkompliziert. Schade.

Appartamento molto ampio con due camere da letto ,due bagni,zona giorno spaziosa . Dotato di tutto ciò che serve . Ho gradito molto avere una tv anche nelle camere . La zona era ottima ,Garbatella quartiere molto ben servito con tutti i servizi ,ristoranti,supermercati,farmacia,pasticceria ......insomma di tutto e di più. La metro Garbatella molto vicina e quindi comodissima per spostarsi (noi abbiamo fatto l'abbonamento settimanale Atac ) .

L'appartamento è molto rumoroso la notte 😥 Poi una volta preso sonno non ci si fa più caso ma nel frattempo un via vai di motorini ,macchine 😌 Ci sono poi a mio avviso alcuni dettagli che potrebbero fare la differenza e riguardano la pulizia (per esempio il bollitore e la macchina del caffè erano non puliti e pieni di calcare quindi inutilizzabili,le docce dei bagni con un po' di anticalcare e candeggina sarebbero perfette ).

Comfy beds, roomy apartment, decent internet connection, good water pressure, clean.

Over complicated keyless access, keys that don’t open any doors, coffee maker and kettle that are unusable and are stored away, old cutting board, old pans, poor knives, poor sound proofing, temperature control not possible, no dishwashing tablets, property charged me € 84 extra for city tax although kids under 10 don’t have to pay (they don’t provide a solution for this and say that I have to get the money back myself from the municipality although they charged me via their own property solution - Vickey).
