Nelly's Luxury Suites

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was genuinely comfortable and well-kept — spacious, tastefully furnished, and everything worked exactly as it should. It felt more like a proper home than a typical hotel room, which made a real difference for us as a family. The cleanliness was excellent throughout, and the internet was fast and reliable the entire time. It's a great base to come back to and relax in after a day out. That said, there were two points we felt could be improved.

The first is breakfast. Although the listing states that breakfast is included, it was actually served at a separate partner venue in town (about a 6-minute walk away). The distance itself wasn't a big problem — it was walkable — but the real issue was that the portions were very small. We ended up having to pay extra almost every time. The portions were so small that even my 9-year-old was left hungry. This is definitely something that needs improving. The second is parking. If you're offering such a comfortable, apartment-style stay, there should also be a parking solution. In Kassiopi you can only access the sea from certain points, so having a car becomes important — but finding a parking spot nearby was nearly impossible. We think a property of this standard should have an arrangement with a car park.

Blissfully quiet, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean apartments. Excellent location in the heart of Kassiopi, near to all the bars and restaurants etc. Kitchen had everything you need for a self catering stay and the AC is excellent. We stayed in room 5 on the upper floor. Large balcony with drying facilities, plenty of chairs and a table. Not much of a view but you’re in the centre of town so expected.

The bathroom is large and well appointed apart from the shower. The shower itself is modern and powerful however, the shower cubicle itself is tiny. Smaller than an old UK red phone box. It was very difficult to wash properly without hitting your head or knees on the fittings.
