Casa Karine Swimming Pool and Lake View - Larihome A43

La vista, come dalle foto, é stupenda. Il parcheggio è accessibile anche se solo per tre macchina, ma poco più su ne è disponibile uno piu grande. La piscina é molto comoda.

Ci sono stati dei problemi di comunicazione con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento e fino a poche ore prima dell'arrivo non ci era stato confermato il check-in. I fornelli sono a gas ma manca la parte di scintilla quindi per accenderli bisogna usare un accendino. L'appartamento manca un po di carattere poiche senza quadri o piccoli accorgimenti che sennò lo renderebbero migliore.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Lago di Como mit eigener Terrasse und insgesamt gut ausgestatteter, für 2 Personen großzügiger Wohnung (Küchenausstattung, allerdings keine Waschmaschine). Pool (100 m ums Haus von der Wohnung entfernt) mit ebenfalls fantastischer Aussicht.

Hauptkritikpunkt ist das Bett - harte Matratze, kein richtiger Bettrahmen und mit max. 1,50 m Breite für zwei Erwachsene zu schmal. Wir haben uns, da uns das aufgrund der Fotos schon schwante, mit einem eigenen zusätzlichen Luftbett beholfen. Daneben war die Parkplatzsituation gelegentlich unbefriedigend, weil die 3 Plätze am Haus öfters alle belegt waren - bedeutete, man musste 2 Serpentinenkurven (für Flachlandtiroler recht steil) zum Parkplatz laufen.

Great location, beautiful view, loads of stuff to do nearby, shop just a short walk as well.

This property is located in the beautiful quiet town of Santa Maria, up from the lake. Stunning views from the outdoor seating area and kitchenette windows. The view from the pool is incredible too which is shared with the other local apartments. All of the facilities were new and usable within the apartment and you can tell it’s been renovated recently. The host left a booklet with information regarding the property and suggestions as to activities to do as well as restaurant recommendations. The host was very responsive kept in communication via WhatsApp.

The pool had some green algae at the bottom and one of the sun loungers was broken - not the end of the world slightly disappointing it wasn’t checked before we arrived. The town is also quiet a distance away from restaurants (there was only one option for food in Santa Maria while we were staying there) - they mainly operate one or two towns over either side and to walk there is anything from 20mins to 30mins either along the roadside which has some sharp bends or on the small local paths which can be steep. These paths aren’t mapped on google so it was a lot of guesswork and looking at hiking trails to find a safe way to get around from town to town! It was fine with us just something that would have been good to know beforehand. I’d say you’d be fine getting around with a car, however if you want to experience the fantastic local wines with dinner the walking is necessary and you’ll find the spectacular views we did along the way.
