Ballard's Pet-Friendly Mid Century Home + Rooftop Deck

Multiple floors so the kids could have their privacy too. A place that allows for pets!

We were initially surprised by the hidden pets fees. Part of this was our naivety finding accommodations through Bookings.com. The property owners were flexible, but pet policies and fees are things that should be immediately disclosed and apparent up front in a listing. The electrical system, appliances and even the shoe rack were problematic or non functional during our stay. The inconvenience was minor, but the time and stress of dealing with faulty things in the rental was a headache that ideally a visitor should not have to worry about when on vacation.

Cannot recommend this accommodation enough, a beautiful and comfortable place right in the heart of Ballard. Fantastic location, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great amenities and that's before I get started on the beautiful roof garden! We loved our stay here, so many considerate touches which made feeling at home easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made this stay even better for those staying longer than a few days would be a slightly larger sofa which would accommodate up to four people rather than three, for cosy nights watching a movie - although we were in such a great location we rarely stayed in. We were close to grocery stores, great coffee shops, public transport and more breweries than you could shake a stick at - if we get the opportunity to visit Seattle again we'd love to come back.

Great location, walkable to all around Ballard.

Street parking was a pain. We even received a ticket because we parked too close to a driveway. Luckily we came out before the tow truck.
