The townhome was very clean, newly renovated and well-stocked with all the essentials. This house was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of privacy. Brian, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop patio - great place to enjoy takeout dinner or meditate!

Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio.

The unit was very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Parking is tricky so just be aware of that. Lots of street parking, but always full. Great walkable area and lots of options for restaurants.
