About this house rental

Welcome to Sunshine House! 2BR, 1 BA, 1000sf of relaxing, peaceful space. Enjoy a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, inviting living room with dining area, hi-speed wifi, Roku. Bath has slipper tub w/shower & stackable w/d. Bedrooms have comfy beds and crisp, fresh linens, bath robes, and monitor. Outside you'll find a private, fenced yard with fire-pit. There's a convenient doggy door to fenced dog run. Close to parks, Golden Gardens Beach, Sunset Hill, downtown Ballard! We're a dog-friendly home.

The Sunshine House is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and is welcoming and beautifully decorated. High quality linens, mattresses and dishes makes it a delightful place to unwind and enjoy the area. Seasonal touches for Christmas were an added bonus to our stay.

The Sunshine House was super clean and exceptionally well-maintained both inside and out. We enjoyed all aspects of the property. The neighborhood was quiet but still centrally located. And the most impressive part was the attention to detail and all of the little extras that the host provided. The overall experience was unbelievable.
