Very nice place. Attention to details in all areas. We were the only guests there, so it was extremely quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful and truly historic. We will stay again next time we are in Ft. Smith.

The beds and beddings (I stayed in two different rooms - extended a night for weather and the original room was already booked) were the the most comfortable and the rooms charming. Ryan (owner) was not on site but easy and quick to communicate with when needed. Highly recommend

our first time renting a community self serve room. Im hooked!

OMG! I have never secured a weekend stay so easily before! The online process was easy, and the location was right in town near anything you need. Not within walking distance but very close by car. We had a large bathtub in our bedroom and the wife, and I took turns although we could have fit together. I watched tv and soaked each night. The bed was huge, and the plush rugs were just fabulous! 2 thumbs way up! We are already planning our next trip in May 2026 for my daughter's graduation.

I wish we had access to a microwave for our leftovers, and some waters. The dining room has Keurig with reg creamer. We did enjoy the coffee and said we would bring our own flavored creamer next time. Honestly there is no complaints!

The most beautiful and comfortable place I have ever stayed

Everything. The aesthetic and quality of everything is incredible. The switch-activated gas fireplace, top-notch water pressure in the shower, heavenly linens, oversized whirlpool tub, soft faux-fur rugs, the light fixtures. I could go on. Everything in the pictures is 100% real, not a cheap remodel. I felt like a king for a day.

The common area is directly upstairs so you might hear footsteps outside of quiet hours.

Beautifully decorated older mansion

In good location. Large, beautifully decorated rooms. Almost makes you feel like you are going back in time. Great relaxing areas.

We were only ones there for that night and after midnight we were awakened by noise. Next morning a truck was there with a trailer beside it. I guess the noise was him unhooking the trailer. Then noise from upstairs. My husband thought it was haunted. lol.

Great stay and service 100% of the time.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in that was not my own. The host and groundskeeping were available and responsive. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing and the room was unique and adorable. The whole home was quiet and beautifully decorated. I felt safe the entire time, even when traveling alone. I would and have already recommended this gorgeous stay to friends, family and coworkers.

Well, we had the place to ourselves, so it was very quiet. Enjoyed or suite. Nice decor, and the big tub was a hit with my other half. Parking was spacious. Areas were very clean & spacious. Would def stay again

Mattress (foam) topping was not well fit to mattress, and not really comfortable (to me at least). Tub had a few hairs in in (GF is quirky about that stuff). Recommend adding wifi in common areas *(I wasnt logged into my room wifi when I went for coffee and to sit down to process some paperwork). Also a few bottled waters in the fridge of room would have been nice.
