The mansion is so beautiful. I loved my room. Everything was perfect and clean. Exquisite. It was also much cheaper than the other motels I checked with. I couldn’t believe my luck.

Loved the character of our space. My daughter and I are anxious to stay again! Thank you too for allowing my daughter to continue to park her car for a few additional hours after we checked out!! We greatly appreciate your kindness.

It was a bit noisy at late night with car traffic and revving of motors but that was only because we were facing two sides (sort of) of two streets. NO fault of yours and certainly not a deterrent to staying in the beautiful Magnolia suite.

Wonderful Mansion on a Hill

Great central location to be able to go to anywhere in Fort Smith. Very nice sized room with a chandler in the bathroom. Very clean and super comfortable bed! I thought it was overall a pretty amazing place. Bonus plus was that the backyard was connect to my grandfather's old house *The Beland's and my family go way back). Great neighborhood across from St Scholastica.

Carpet was a little bit worn. Had to run the water for a couple minutes to get hot water flowing.

Love this charming, quiet, comfortable setting - my favorite place to stay when I’m in this area.

My room was very clean and comfortable, beautifully appointed, with everything I needed available. I liked having the kitchen area at the end of the hallway to keep some things in the refrigerator, use the microwave, refill my water bottle with filtered water from the fridge, etc. Altogether a very quiet, clean, lovely place to stay.
