I like how it feels safe, it looks really cute. And the location was perfect. The owners and staff were very helpful and went out of their ways to accommodate us.

I don’t think there is anything major, the only thing that was annoying for us was opening the yard door, as the lock was a bit hard to open.

Bardzo ładnie urządzone wnętrze. Na żywo tak samo ładnie jak na zdjęciach. Świetna wanna. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z obsługą obiektu. Lokalizacja obiektu także na plus!

Check in process was fine and communicative, place is very secure.

Unfortunately, staying here was not the msot relaxing way to start our holiday, and I am glad we moved away from the location after a few days. There are some things that they weren't able to control, such as how far away it is from the center of catania and any transport links, and the fact it's located right by a school so we were awoken each morning by schoolkids - though maybe some better soundproofing would have helped there. Our main issues were the bed falling apart during our stay, meaning I had to put it back together myself and hope it didnt fall apart again before the morning. We had two pillows each - one super hard like a brick, and one super soft that basically went flat with the weight of your head. The mattress itself was also uncomfortable. Whislt I have no issues with a place being secure, 4 keys to get into the complex, doors and room was excessive, compounded by the keys being fiddly to use, and also the electricity supply also on that keychain - couldnt even leave to get breakfast without leaving my partner in complete darkness!
