I couldn't stay at the residence itself so i have to wait first and than to move 5kms away to an upgraded room,for the same price, which was fine as the owner found alternative and the new place was nice.
The owner is pro active if there is an issue and try is best to fix it as fast as possible and he is friendly.
From the start many issue as the first room AC was not functionning ,other alternative rooms, many little problem as the room was not properly ready and had to complain on my first 5 days as always little problem,,,
They should check before hand and renting them place to make sure all is working properly.
The where not onside it s might be the reason, but as guest you expect to have all ok.
But at the end the owner handle it all .

Not to expensive
The app made me take three rooms when I only needed two so I was overcharged by $17 by booking.com
