The rooftop pool didnt have enough sunbeds

The sea view is awesome no doubt but there were other rooms with lesser prices in building B which had the same sea view but it wasn't mentioned as a sea view and didn't charge extra.

First of all there wasn't even a bottle of water, room tissue whereas in building B where my sister's family stayed had 4 bottles of water each day (which I had to buy from outside). Upon asking I was replied that they don't provide such amenities which I found extremely surprising. Also, their flat owner kept the flat (e.g. with attractive painting, good curtain, good bed cover) so lively that you feel to stay whereas our flat was just having the bare minimum things to stay. Also, the AC in one the rooms was not working and I did not even bother to ask to repair since I understood that it might not be a convenient idea after seeing the room ambience. The saddest part is on 16th midnight when we came back to the condo, we found out that the room key card we left inside the room inadvertently and locked the door with the manual key. We tried to get into the floor (18th) with the help of fire exit but unfortunately both the fire exit's door was locked from inside on the 18th floor. The funny part is it was open on the 17th and also on the 19th floor. However seeing no other option we tried the building manager and guard and tried to make them understand the situation. But, they were not helpful at all and frequently tried to push us back to the flat owner or caretaker. We also tried to get connected with the caretaker number which we got from the owner but at midnight around 1 a.m. we understand she was sleeping. We ended up renting another nearby hotel for the night since I had two children and my spouse with me and they were exhausted and could not bear anymore. However, the caretaker replied early morning and arranged for another set of key and we got back into the condo. Now in such situations I believe there should be an alternative option so that no one suggests in such a way Also, if I'm not mistaken I was supposed to be given another set of key which was not given at the time of checking in and later on shared.
