L'appartement est très cosy, il est doté de tous les équipements nécessaires, très propre, bien agencé, et au premier étage, ce qui facilite son accès. Son emplacement est incroyable : en plein centre ville, proche de toutes les commodités, tout est à 2mn à pieds(CC Jaude, supermarchés, transport en commun, cafés, restaurants, parcs... Et même le marché du dimanche est à 1mn à pieds). Sans oublier le professionnalisme de l'agence!

Very quiet place, felt safe as a solo traveler. Very clear instructions to get to the building and the appt from the conciergerie. Well equipped
Just a bit of a lack of ventilation in the appartement (June 2025) which led to a little bit of staining in the bathroom (ceiling) but they acknowledged my note and will take care of it .
