Location was excellent and the flat was very well equipped and very comfortable.
The security guard took up a lot of our time before we could check in to our flat as he was new and did not know how things worked wrt the flat and keys. The host was very nice and tried to explain, but he only understood after he called his supervisor.

Central location in Green Point to most of the sightseeing’s, within walking distance to V&A Waterfront and food markets. Nice neighborhood with a lot of breakfast options, cafes and restaurants. Outstanding services at the property and secure access to the property with option to use a garage. Daily messages from the owner and his agent, in which they inquired about our well-being and offered support if needed; they looked after us during our stay.
