Localização perfeita. Fica a 1 quadra de cafés e de um supermercado. 1 km de distancia do Waterfront V&A. Bairro muito seguro. Garagem coberta. Apartamento espaçoso e confortável. Cozinha completa. A Hospitalidade e atenção da proprietária Ennie mesmo antes da chegada foi excelente. Nos sentimos em casa! Tudo perfeito.
Atenção para famílias com crianças pequenas, pois o apartamento fica no 6 andar e a varanda não tem tela de proteção. Deixamos a varanda, que fica na suíte do casal. fechada o tempo todo.

Location was excellent and the flat was very well equipped and very comfortable.
The security guard took up a lot of our time before we could check in to our flat as he was new and did not know how things worked wrt the flat and keys. The host was very nice and tried to explain, but he only understood after he called his supervisor.
