It's a lovely house. Perfect for a family of four. Nice spacious living/ dining room and good sized bedrooms. Small terrace balcony offers nice views of the hills and (a bit) of the sea. Convenient location - just a short walk to local chippy/Indian and shop. Owner was quick to reply to queries, and the house in general was very clean when we arrived.
Check in/out times. I'm not sure who sets these, but a 4pm check-in does seem a little late, and our request for an earlier check-in (3pm) was rejected. 10am check out also feels a little too early. In my experience, check-in/out is normally set at 3pm/11am.
We also couldn't seem to get the washing machine to work, although that may be down to our general incompetence.

Beautiful house - would stay again.
Comfy beds and enough space for a family.
Towels were tiny, please have bigger towels in future!
Parking was ok however would have liked a warning re the steepness of the driveway (very steep and some drivers were unable to comfortably park on it)
