Nestled along the beautiful Dorset coast, Swanage is the perfect destination for a getaway. Whether you're looking to relax on the sandy shores of Swanage Bay, explore the nearby Jurassic Coastline, or enjoy a leisurely walk through the rolling hills of the Purbeck countryside, there's something for everyone to enjoy here. There are plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and eateries within 1 mile as well as attractions including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, the walled town of Wareham, historic Corfe Castle, unspoilt Studland, and RSPB Arne all within 9 miles.
A short path leads to the entrance into this end of terrace property. Set in a quiet residential area within easy reach of the town and beach, you will first find a useful porch ideal for leaving behind boots and coats. Next is the open-plan lounge/diner, to the front of this space is a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, and to the rear is the dining area, which overlooks the garden and gives a glimpse of the sea. Just next door and accessed through an arch is the contemporary kitchen, newly fitted in 2022 and equipped with all required to cook up a hearty breakfast or an evening meal.
