Appartement cosy et très propre. Très bonnes explications de l’hôte, suggestions pour la visite de Bordeaux. Climatisation très appréciée….

La situación, la tranquilidad, las dimensiones, el aparcamiento gratis...
Sé que no es posible por las características del edificio, pero es una pena que no tenga ascensor, especialmente al estar en el úkltimo piso.

Appartement cosy, fidèle aux photos, confortable et agréable à vivre. Son emplacement est un vrai point fort : commerces, restaurants et transports en commun sont à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Bordeaux.
Le logement est très bien, mais l’environnement extérieur a été un peu mitigé pendant notre séjour. La rue était assez animée et parfois bruyante, en journée comme la nuit. À notre arrivée, la présence de déchets dans la rue a également un peu nui à la première impression, même si cela s’est amélioré par la suite. Peut-être n’avons-nous simplement pas eu de chance au moment de notre passage, mais cela mérite d’être signalé pour les personnes attentives au calme et au cadre immédiat.

Location
Lack of elevator to the top floor and communication of such, lack of of toaster, difficulty to operate microwave/oven. Whilst it advertised with car parking perhaps it was our naivety that did not realise it was not attached but a relationship with a public parking venue close by.
