Lokatie is wel oke, redelijk dicht bij het centrum, alleen 's nachts nogal rumoerig. Het appartement is ruim, al is het lage slaapgedeelte voor lange(re) mensen wel een probleem.
Geluidsoverlast 's avonds en 's nachts. Na 5 overnachtingen geen wisseling van handdoeken en beddengoed. Appartement is slechts bereikbaar na 3 smalle trappen, nogal lastig met zware koffers. De prijs is vergelijkbaar is met die van een hotel, de voorzieningen en service echter niet.
