Paradise Lake View

The location is great. You are outside of the center of Lugano so it is very quiet and peaceful. It is easy to get to the center with a train or bus in a few minutes. The apartment was Swiss clean and perfect. The view and balcony were amazing and a great place to enjoy meals. The private parking place in the garage was super. It saves a lot of money to have this with a car and I also stored my road bike there. It is a tremendous benefit. There is easy lake access and you can swim close by. There is a Migros and a Denner nearby to shop for food. The kitchen was good and there were enough utensils and plates to eat in the apartment. There were 2 fans to help with the heat at night. The apartment was surprisingly cool, even in the hot summer weather. It has a good aspect.

The entering instructions seemed complicated. Luckily the host was there and showed us everything. Without her it could have been challenging. You get 4 keys for all of the various locks. One was green and the others identical silver. It would be nice to give them a distinguishing mark as every time it took multiple tries to open a door.

Lift war defekt, Dusche nicht ebenerdig (nur Badewanne) und keine Brausenhalterung, laute Küchenabluft nur als Umluft (keine Fortluft).

The view is amazing. I spent my morningz and evenings in the balcony looking at the lake. The location is excellent, 7 minutes walking from train station and 15_20 minutes from Lugano center. I prefer quiet places, so this one was perfect for me. I would come back and stay more next time. The host was kind and responsive. I asked her for an iron and she brought it immediately. Lovely design in the bathroom. In 5 minutes you get to debarcadero to take a boat for a trip.

I felt SORRY for the real residents of the building. I'm sure they pay good money to live there and see it transforming into an Airbnb it must be devastating .
