The reception team were amazing from the moment we arrived. The two gentlemen at the desk were informative and gave us a map detailing recommended sites etc to visit They were also very helpful and friendly whenever we had a query and always did it with a smile.

Great boutique hotel with a wonderful welcome. Nice quiet hotel and very comfortable but n a great location for the fantastic Toulouse night life.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and we were surprised there wasn’t a bar but this made us go out and we had a really great time so no bad thing really.

Daa Personal ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, dirkte Nähe zur Pont Neuf und zur Innenstadt. Das Ausleihen von Fshrrädern und rine Tour entlang des Canal du Midi ist empfehlenswert. Bikes gibt es in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Die Metro A bringt Sie in 3 Stationen für 2 EUR dorthin.

The breakfast was very good. Restaurants and shops within easy reach. Lively area. The staff were extremely helpful.
I think a 4-star hotel should offer an English language tv channel like CNN. The shower operation was not user friendly, nor was the lighting. Both could be remedied by a simple instruction sheet. No bath is acceptable for 3-star or less but not 4-star.
