Not much

The accommodation is old and is in need of a serious update. Bedding and dishes are old. Lounge chairs outside is full of mold. The washing machine is rusted. We did not have hot water for 2 days. There are spider webs in the kitchen and sitting room.

I asked for a refund of half my money and they refused. So paid and did not ever stay

The worst travel experience of my life. Nothing like what I expected. Could not have been more disappointed when I arrived to see what this actually was in real life

Disappointing.

Bathroom was tiny, bedroom was damp in the corner, bed was very uncomfortable. Nothing in the way of beverages, not even one bottle of water. Outdoor sun loungers were covered in black mould. Dated and in need of refurbishment. Does not represent value for money at all.

Monticiano stay

Amazing place in Tuscany. The whole house is at your service with a great garden where there are sun beds, benches and a table. Everything to relax. The Coop shop, as well as the bus stop, is only a 5 min walk away. Mr. Pierluigi greeted us warmly during the check-in (we highly recommend taking his phone number and don't use the one from booking). Wifi works very well (password is written on the router). The place is very clean and even looks much better in reality than in the photos. Every small detail in the decor is wonderful and put there with style and love.

It was not stated beforehand in the offer that the use of pellet heater and the fireplace is 10 euros per day. You must pay it anyway (in cash) since once you arrive, it's already working. 2 times there was no electricity in the house for a couple of hours. We couldn't fix it on our own (the general fuse might be completely somewhere else). 1st time Mr. Pierluigi kindly came there and helped us. The 2nd time we didn't wait and just went to sleep. Maybe, for some travellers it might be also not convenient to give the keys back at a precise time: sometimes one doesn't know the exact time of check out. It can be that we just had some language barrier :)

La cucina non ne parliamo grasso dappertutto,Booking avvisato con foto della casa x avere almeno un rimborso spese, purtroppo il ferragosto passato a casa anche se è stato pagato, siamo scappati da una casa veramente sporca.

Silenzioso e rigenerante!

Il luogo è tranquillo e adatto ad una vacanza rigenerante, la casa ha tutto quel che serve. Il giardino curato, la privacy è assicurata! Il proprietario gentile e ben disposto al dialogo, disponibilissimo, alla maniera che ti fa sentire subito a casa propria. Ottima la posizione, al paesino si arriva a piedi, stando a 400mt praticamente. Ci possiamo dimenticare della macchina!

Niestety nie mogliśmy już nic zmienić

Trudno trafić do obiektu, GPS wskazuje lokalizację kilkaset metrów dalej. W lokalu nieznośny zapach spalenizny z kominka i stęchlizny z szafek kuchennych oraz w sypialni. Kurz na bibelotach , kwiatkach sztucznych, zagracających i tak już mały lokal. Cały obiekt wygląda jak komórka gospodarcza w gospodarstwie. Obskurne i zagracone pseudo,patio ze zniszczonymi brudnymi leżami zniechęcało do jakiegokolwiek wypoczynku. W lokalu był router W-Fi, bez dostępu do internetu. Nie dostąpiliśmy zaszczytu poznania właścicieli obiektu. Klucze przekazał i odebrał starszy pan....pewnie ktoś z rodziny.

Très bon séjour

La maison est située dans un quartier calme. Le petit village dispose des commerces essentiels. La maison est très fonctionnelle et confortable. Grande chambre avec grand lit très confortable. Nos hôtes étaient très gentils et disponibles.

Ho scelto la casa per il giardino, non mi aspettavo di trovarvi il camino ed e' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Per quanto riguarda i proprietari della struttura posso solo dire che trovare persone così gentili e disponibili è una vera e propria rarità. Pierluigi sei venuto incontro ad ogni mia esigenza, ho avuto modo di conoscerti nonostante il breve tempo e posso dire che oltre alla bellezza della casetta dove io e Pocket siamo stati tanto bene, c'è una bellezza che non si vede dalle foto, ed è la tua, i tuoi modi di fare gentili, ciò che riesci a trasmettere mi ha portato a reputare questo luogo la mia casa, seppur per soli sette giorni. La consiglio? Assolutamente si
