Traum-Wohnung, 63m², TOP Öffi-Anbindung, Smart-TV.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles darin was man braucht (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad und extra Toilette, gutes Bett, schön großes Wohn-Ess-Zimmer...). Handtücher, Duschgel etc alles vor Ort, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit im öffentlichen Parkhaus direkt ums Eck. Auch sehr große Autos passen gut rein! Und in Wien kommt man mit den Öffis direkt von der Tür weg am besten zurecht.

Good location in terms of public transport - tram 42 stops right in front of the apartment and it takes about 10 minutes to reach Karls platz from where it is a short wak to Stephansplatz (city center). Ubahn stop is 5 minute walk. It was very managable with two young children. We have been to the Zoo, haus des meers and city center, all using public transport. Kitchen has all utilites like kettle, microwave. Clean towels and bedding. Communication with the host is great and he gives a lot of useful information. Definetly would recommend if you are staying in Wien with kids.

Location did seem a bit unsafe as there was a lot of police patroling etc. but that could be a subjective feeling. Some things could be a little cleaner but general cleansines is very good.

Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und speziell die Küche würde ich als überdurchschnittlich einstufen. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl

Meiner Meinung nach könnte man folgendes verbessern: - Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind einerseits wegen des Stoffbezuges einfach schon recht versifft und andererseits sind die Metallfüße maximal unvorteilhaft für einen solchen Boden, sinnlose Kratzer etc. Ich würde empfehlen, die Hartplastiksitzschalen-Variante mit Holzfüßen von Mömax/Jysk für sehr wenig Geld zu nehmen und wenn die fertig sind, einfach wieder tauschen. - Die Klopapierablage (komischer schwarz-brauner Ständer) sieht schon recht "ekelig" aus, was einfach eine Abnützungserscheinung ist. Kauft euch für ein paar Euro einen Klopapierhalter mit Klebesockel zur Wandmontage, günstig und immer ok. - Mülltrennen fänd ich super. Neben den Restmüll noch einen Eimer für Plastik hinzustellen wär echt gut. - Ich weiß einen Boden zu tauschen ist sehr teuer, aber gerade vor dem Doppelbett ist drunter soviel kaputt, dass es wirklich unangenehm laut ist bei jedem Schritt. Bei Gelegenheit könnte man drüber nachdenken.

L’appartamento è accogliente e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario sia per la cucina (stoviglie complete) sia per il bagno. Il letto e il divano letto sono entrambi comodi, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è molto comoda, proprio di fronte alla fermata del tram e a poche centinaia di metri dalla metro, ideale per spostarsi facilmente. L’host è stato molto disponibile, sempre gentile e rapido nelle risposte. Inoltre, la casa era molto pulita, aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato.

Unico punto da migliorare: il palazzo non è molto curato nelle parti comuni e in casa mancano cestini per la raccolta differenziata.
