According the season the price was good. The area is calm and there are shops, restaurants and cafés nearby.
There were humidities in the shower room -that is indeed small-. One bedroom is okay; the other one is not -the bed is unstable (the supports are broken). The heaters don’t work properly. The oven doesn’t work at all. There are some windows broken (the one in the toilet and the one near it. And so on. There are a lot of things to fix and enhance.
