Charming 2-Room Apartment with Balcony, 15 Min to Center

Very spacious and well located,close to public transport.

Some electrical issues for one bedroom,lights,sockets,tv didn’t work.

Very good location, right next to tram stop, few stops to town. Big apartment with washer.

We arrived after 4pm and the apartment was not ready. We had a bad experience and panicked when the key was not there after we followed the check-in instructions. We proceeded to the apartment and found the cleaner in the apartment. The cleaner later handed us the key. We had another shock when we were unable to unlock the door. Will be good to include instructions or warning on how to use the key. The heater was not working well from day 2 onwards. We reported the issue and received a reply to restart. We followed the instructions but it still did not provide adequate warmth.

Stayed there for a surgery nearby. Rooms/beds were comfy, the view towards the lit Prater area was cool at night, kitchen was well equipped. Spacy living room, small table would be nice there though. TV in the living room plus in one of the two bed rooms. Old building, but nice renovated apartment with high ceilings.

Gas heater needs urgent maintenance. Warm water/heating was only available when reset manually several times a day. Didn't complain since a technician needs to fix that and that would not happen overnight.. Many lights were not working. E.g., in the quite dark kitchen out of six only two worked properly, two were almost off, two completely. That happens over months/years, not within days, easy to fix within minutes for a few Euro. Not understandable in an otherwise well maintained apartment. Close to one of the busiest streets in Vienna, but noise isolation was OK.
