Charming 2-Room Apartment with Balcony, 15 Min to Center

Appartement très spacieux, proche du métro et du tram. Literie confortable. Décoration sympa. Logement que nous recommandons En quelques minutes de métro on est dans le centre ville. Dans la rue au moins un bon resto. Également un petit marché et autres commerces à quelques minutes à pied. Le parking pour une hauteur de 2,10m est à environ 20mn de marche

Sur un boulevard donc très bruyant lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres. Nous y étions en pleine canicule , pas facile de dormir aves les fenêtres ouvertes du fait des travaux dans la rue (marteau piqueur etc), également le bruit du tram, de l'hélicoptère qui atterrit à l'hôpital en face.. Pour dormir les fenêtres fermées il faudrait 2 ventilateurs supplémentaires ce qui serait aussi plus appréciable pour les pièces de vie

Very spacious and well located,close to public transport.

Some electrical issues for one bedroom,lights,sockets,tv didn’t work.

Stayed there for a surgery nearby. Rooms/beds were comfy, the view towards the lit Prater area was cool at night, kitchen was well equipped. Spacy living room, small table would be nice there though. TV in the living room plus in one of the two bed rooms. Old building, but nice renovated apartment with high ceilings.

Gas heater needs urgent maintenance. Warm water/heating was only available when reset manually several times a day. Didn't complain since a technician needs to fix that and that would not happen overnight.. Many lights were not working. E.g., in the quite dark kitchen out of six only two worked properly, two were almost off, two completely. That happens over months/years, not within days, easy to fix within minutes for a few Euro. Not understandable in an otherwise well maintained apartment. Close to one of the busiest streets in Vienna, but noise isolation was OK.
