The apartment was clean and really nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had good water pressure from the shower head. The check in and check out guide was really useful and both were easy to do.
The location was a bit hard to find at first. The bigger showerhead was broken and was leaking water from the top instead of from the jets.

The newness of the property was appreciated. The proximity to a major supermarket and public transportation is a significant positive. The provision of amenities such as a hair dryer, shampoo, towels, and cooking implements was excellent.
A notable drawback was the persistent odor emanating from the bathroom, likely attributable to the sewage system. This is the second unit, out of two units I have experienced in the "Chance 2000" project, to exhibit this persistent odor, which necessitates continuous ventilation.
