The apartment is very well-situated. The metro station "Alto de Extremadura" and a couple of supermarkets are within a distance of 50 meters (BM is open until 22:00 every day, which is great). The apartment is cozy, well-decorated, and well-equipped. It was very convenient to have a kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing equipment. There were dishwashing tablets, washing powder, a couple of tea bags and coffee capsules available. All these small details make you comfortable and feel like you are at home. The bathroom was very nice, well-decorated, no problem at all with hot water. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and towels were provided like in a hotel. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, I slept very well. I never met the host Alberto in person, but he was rather responsive to the emails. For example I needed an invoice and upon receiving my message he immediately issued one for me. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely rebook the apartment next time I'm in Madrid.

When you arrive, it's better to ignore the wifi password written with a chalk at the entrance wall (I tried a couple of times but couldn't get it right since some characters were erased). Instead, go straight to the kitchen to find the magnet on the fridge to have the full password. The wifi router itself is under the night lamp in the corner of the living room, so you can also read the password directly on the device. The host did a really good job with the sound isolation of the windows (double-layered, so you don't hear much from outside), but the sound isolation of the building is a bit weak. You can hear the neighbors from time to time, but it's not a big deal.

We loved the Decoration. It being on the ground floor and all shops,Supermarkets and the metro a close walk to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and the beds and living room space was very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, we did bring our own kettle as we are tea drinkers

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas sparsam, ein Wasserkocher und eine Teekanne wären gut gewesen und auch Weingläser wären nett gewesen. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen, die Bushaltestelle liegt sehr nahe vor der Tür und es war daher sehr laut, auch nachts , sodass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, was bei den Temperaturen nicht schön war.
