The communication I had was fantastic, the house was much bigger than I thought and plenty of space for the 6 of us.
We knew the downstairs toilet was going to be out of use due to a flood full transparency was given but this did mean the queue for the bathroom toilet was a bit of a pain. This couldn’t be helped though and they were great at keeping updates

Everything was nice and clean, we got comfortable really quick and just felt at home. If it didn’t feel clean then we would’ve felt uncomfortable but thankfully that wasn’t the case. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Easy trip from Heathrow, located near bus an train services for access to the city. The fan in the master bedroom was appreciated.
Unfortunately there is a sewage treatment plant nearby and at times the smell from that was an issue, especially as we had to leave the windows open due to the warm weather and lack of AC. Similarly, due to the proximity to the airport and the open windows, noise was an issue.
