Everything about this resort is really amazing.
The staff is exceptional. The river view rooms are beautiful. Truly appreciate the many activities planned to entertain kids. Amenities are very well maintained and the infinity pool view is the best.
The complimentary breakfast menu also was great 👍 overall exceptional experience.
Restaurant food is a bit over priced.

Beautiful location with a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the surroundings were very scenic. We especially enjoyed the greenery and the view. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Location near the river and water falls, very nice staff, great food
Some problem with équipements (most likely temporarily): several power outage per day and lack of hot water in shower

Location
The air conditioner was blowing air directly into our faces, causing problems becouse The direction of the air conditioner could not be changed / flow also the baby crib doesnt have mattress They provide us with Blanket to put it as mattress which was harmful later on they provide with bed for small less than one year bed for baby . More than that important i feel the checkout time 11 its tooo early , also the value of the money
