    Rooms are spacious,neat and clean. Breakfast is with limited options.Taste is good. Dinner menu is much limited.Need to be improved. Location and service are very good. Had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

    The place is good overall and suitable for families. The only area that needs improvement is cleanliness. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. I would recommend it for a family visit.

    My stay at this resort was very disappointing. I stayed for one night in a Deluxe Room, and the overall experience was far below expectations. The room itself was poorly maintained. The floor was extremely sticky and uncomfortable to walk on, which clearly showed it had not been properly cleaned or mopped. The bed floor mat was also very unhygienic, with visible hair all over it, indicating that it had not been vacuumed or cleaned properly after the previous guest checked out. Food service was another major issue. The resort does not offer regular food service, not even basic items like tea, coffee, or cool drinks. They only provide dinner, and orders must be placed by 6:30 PM. The dinner menu was also very limited, with only 4–5 items to choose from. We placed our dinner order on time but had to wait until 9:00 PM for it to be delivered, despite following up multiple times. The reception service was extremely poor. Most of the time, no one was available at the reception, and calls were never answered. Every time we needed assistance, we had to physically go down and search for someone. To make things worse, water was suddenly unavailable in the morning, and we had to wait around 30 minutes before it was restored. The in-room jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we booked this room, was also very poorly maintained. It was not clean, and the water flow was extremely low, making it unusable. We booked this resort based on the photos and positive reviews online, but the actual experience was completely different. Unfortunately, the reviews and images do not reflect the true condition of the property. Overall, this was a highly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this place.

    We booked suite room with balcony, no view from the glass because they have built new building in front. Staff are not polite and helpul. No food available. Bathroom taps were leaking, water supply was inconsistent, water from shower was flowing like a waterfall lol… water gun was leaking. Persons handling the hotel did not sound proffessional.
