Very happy for selecting Riverok to stay. Location wise I really loved it.
Stay also was good, over all worth the price and comfort. Will plan next time for the same place.

It is a beautiful property close to the Athirapally waterfalls. The backyard of the property brings you closer to the Chalakudy river. I was travelling solo and the property manager took great care of all my necessities and that really helped me feel safe.

The stay was good. Place and ambience is really good. Access to river felt safe and superb.
Staff experience was terrible. The knows only hindi. There was no food available thats ok but they haven’t mention it earlier. It was raining and heavy thunder storm and i myself went out with my bike to buy food.
It felt like they don’t care about anything. Haven’t seen any staff while i was staying there.
For room service there was no one. Even no phones where available to call them.
I don’t understand why they are so irresponsible. Its a beautiful place. Beautiful ambience. With poor staff.
