The property is compact but has all you need for a short stay including good wifi, modern tv / streaming, washing machine, microwave, toiletries and iron. The bed is comfortable,
It has no air conditioning. Although it never said it did have it, I assumed it would. It had a fan but during the Paris heatwave with temps of 26 degrees at midnight it made sleeping very difficult. The small (35 sq m ) has about 14 ceiling lights so when you switch a light on, it is unnecessarily bright. Just 3 -4 lights would be more than enough and make it more ambient.
