Welcome to my home!
This 57m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has an entrance with a separate toilet, a large double-exposure living room with an open-plan luxury kitchen with an independent laundry, a dining area, and a living room, and then one bedroom with a shower.
This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.
Fitted with a comfortable sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day exploring the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Exceptional location in the heart of the Marais with the Picasso Museum, the Beaubourg Museum (Pompidou Center), the "Marché des Enfants Rouges", the Place des Vosges, the art galleries and its restaurants... Near Notre-Dame, Ile Saint-Louis, Bastille and the quays of the Seine.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Several accessible metro stations and the RER station at Chatelet.
Closest Metro Station: Rambuteau (Line 11).
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

The apartment is spacious, quite high by French and Parisian standards. To the most basic attractions of Paris as well as the metro close from the apartment. Fairly well equipped with all the necessary items for your stay, relatively clean, although there are sometimes leftovers of food in the refrigerator because of previous tenants. It is worth noting that the keys that you need to pick up are 4 min away from the place at the shopkeeper. In addition, to enter the patio of the building you need to activate the lock on the door with a blue key ring and with the same key ring open the corresponding cage and then only use the key to the apartment.

Apartment is spacious for Paris and in an Awesome location !!! Everything was organized, and true to the photos.
During the weekend it is ok, but it abuts a children’s school so during the weekday mornings it is very loud of children and a school bell.
The bed was fine but pillows were horrible, I definitely liked this apartment but bring / buy a pillow - you’ll appreciate it !
