Appartement moderne et climatisé fortement appréciable en cette période de canicule. Stationnement compris dans le prix et localisation proche de toutes commodités.
Attention, l'accès au stationnement se fait par un passage étroit ne convenant pas aux véhicules de gros gabarit. De plus, l'appartement n'est pas accessible aux PMR (2ème étage sans ascenseur, appartement duplex avec escalier intérieur très raide)

De geur de Hygiëne Voordeur kon alleen maar op slot. Dus niet gewoon dicht opbergsteuntje naast het bed was kapot op de foto's leek het veel schoner bank was oud gordijn naar de ruimte toe was onhygiënisch
