A friendly and helpful host
I would fix the hole in the window, since the courtyard generates a lot of moisture and, without heating, our clothes were almost damp. I would also install a shower curtain, since the bathroom gets completely flooded. In our case, we were unlucky because the boiler’s thermostat suddenly tripped, and we were without hot water for 3 out of 5 days.
