Salva la posizione ma rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo

per la fiera è comodissimo. si può andare praticamente a piedi. e si raggiunge in 7min un posticino per mangiare TOP! indicazioni per il check in chiare e semplici. ottima la possibilità di poter accedere anche in serata in autonomia. Phon in bagno valido. asciugamani puliti ok.

ingresso poco arieggiato un po' di odore di chiuso. andrebbe installata una ventilazione. le porte delle camere sono vecchie con chiavi a passpartou...con una spesa minima delle porte bianche e moderne darebbero tutt'altro aspetto. La parte "breakfast" consiste in due cornetti confezionati vuoti, forse meglio dare un buono per il bar sottostante che con 3.5€ ti da cappuccio e brioche. C'era il dispenser per l'acqua ma non i bicchieri. La macchinetta del caffè non a cialde quindi la pulizia del filtro era un po dubbia...meglio mettere bicchierini di carta e qualche cialda. Bagno...pulito ma un po trascurato...tante incrostazioni sul bordo del piatto doccia...non appaga l'occhio. Lo scarico condensa del cdz dentro la doccia "nun se po vedè". Passabile ma non a quel prezzo...

UNO SCHIFO TOTALE!!! MI RIFERISCO EDEN G.HAUSE IN VIA SAN DONATO ,136 BOLOGNA

Mai visto niente di simile!!! Addirittura scarafaggi per la stanza,bagno in comune,con un rotolo di carta igienica per due giorni,acqua fredda nessuna possibilita di lavarsi con acqua calda, no tv,no aria condizionata,no chiave serratura porta bagno. Il proprietario non ha mai risposto al telefono,ma come e perche' danno la possibilita' con autorizzazione ad esercitare? Ma non credo abbia un' autorizzazione.

Quarto é Ok, mas não vale o preço

O quarto era limpo e espaçoso. O check in foi muito fácil de se fazer.

O apartamento é longe do centro (mas isso eu já sabia), só que não vale o valor cobrado. Além disso, infelizmente no apartamento ao lado o hóspede fez muito barulho à noite, indo ao banheiro diversas vezes durante a madrugada, o que me acordou e me fez ter uma noite péssima, já que o banheiro compartilhado era ao lado do quarto em que fiquei. Quando perguntei ao staff se poderia fazer o checkout às 11am ao invés das 10am, para poder descansar mais um pouco, eles disseram que era impossível. :(
