Beautiful location with fantastic views perfect for shorter or longer stays

Modern and well equipped apartment with a fantastic view from the terrace. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive to Dubrovnik. The kitchen is small but sufficient and even though the cooking field has only two plates it worked nicely for us.

The coffee machine seems broken; the water runs up extremely slow. There seem to be only apartments in the neighboring houses so it can be a bit loud at nights, at least in the holiday season.

Insanely beautiful view of the sea from the apartment! Very nice and caring owner of the apartment!! One of the best beaches in Dubrovnik 300 meters from the apartment! Everything is super convenient, cozy and beautiful!

Absolut alles! Die Aussicht war sehr schön, die Wohnung sauber und komfortabel. Es gab alles, was man brauchte. Absolute Empfehlung.

Wir waren zu fünft und da muss ich sagen, dass die Wohnung für 5 Personen zu klein ist, beziehungsweise, gäbe es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, wäre das überhaupt kein Problem. Es gab nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage und da musste man die Türe des Schlafzimmers immer offen lassen, sonst ist es unerträglich heiß.

Fantastiskt utsikt och strandnära

Fantastiskt utsikt och strandnära även om det krävs bil för att ta sig till boendet. Stranden är på gångavstånd och kräver ingen bil. Nödvändigt med bilplats och det uppskattas när det finns garage. Lägenheten har bra utrustningsnivå och bra med förbrukningsartiklar även om vi alltid har med oss extra. Värdinnan är trevlig och hjälpsam och har löst problem snabbt. Skulle gärna komma tillbaka till den mysiga stranden och lägenheten.

Vissa redskap är slitet eller sönder i köket. Plastredskap behöver bytas ut oftare. Kaffemaskinen pumpar inte upp allt vatten men vi hade vår egen Bialetti och klarat oss med det. Mikro och ugn behöver rengöras efter tidigare gäster. Man behöver åtminstone en AC till om man inte vill sova med öppna fönster eller dörr.

Saknade supermarket i närområdet (närmsta 2,5 km bort), även lite få restauranger i närheten.

Appartamento sul mare con vista incantevole

Appartamento confortevole, direttamente sul mare, con una vista straordinaria. Sul retro dell'appartamento spazio all'aperto con pergola dove poter mangiare. Parcheggio privato. Comunicazione con l'host veloce. Pratico il self check in. Abbiamo gradito l'acqua e il latte nel frigorifero.

Apartament Paula, wspaniały widok

Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie Paula, nad apartamentem Nina. Przepiękny widok z balkonu. Duży balkon, na którym można jeść śniadania i pić kawę, w razie słońca można rozwinąć markizę, która daje cień. Apartament o bardzo wysokim standardzie i miła właścicielka, która odpowiedziała na wszystkie nasze pytania. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe.

Do apartamentu wchodzi się po dość wysokich schodach, co wiąże się z koniecznością wniesienia bagaży.
