Size of the bedrooms were great

Could do with a revamp and a really good clean. The sinks in both rooms became very blocked and drained after about an hour, the toilet leaked and I mentioned the blocked sinks three times and nothing was done

Tres bon emplacement, dans le centre et proche de la plage. 2 tres grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. La piscine privee.

Villa vieillissante - l'eau des canalisations s'ecoulent tres lentement (seul point negatif mais aucunement prejudiciable)

The property is in an excellent area and close to everything. Heaps of amenities and beds were comfortable

The location was good, close to the Icon Shopping mall and close to the beach.

I really do not like making negative reviews, and for the most part this villa was comfortable - this only needs a couple of small cleaning/maintenance changes for it to be an amazing little villa. We requested early checking of an hour (1-m and not 2pm), however this wasn't available. We thought, that would be ok, we could leave the bags at the villa/reception and go and have lunch and come back when the villa was ready. When we arrived, there was no reception or anyone on the premises, everything was locked. I tried to message the villa number but they did not get back to me until closer to 2pm to advise they had left the key under a stone at the door. We had been lucky that someone cleaning another villa actually did allow us to leave our bags in the villas while it was cleaned- otherwise, we would've been left standing in a laneway for an hour. The room was large and beds quite comfortable, however, the bathroom was just not cleaned adequately and the floor and shower needed a very good scrub as it was grotty with grimy dirt. Behind the bathroom sink, it was quite dirty too and it would've been nice to have had a small bar or soap or liquid soap in the empty dispenser at the sink. The pool area was also different to the pictures - some dead leaves were hanging in the pool and it was not maintained to be of a neat standard. There were a couple of balls left floating in the pool from the previous occupants. The kitchen area was ok, there was a toaster but no kettle to boil water for coffee/tea/dishwashing.
