Cottage Gem - 2BR Parkside Retreat

Cottage Gem is very well presented with high quality finishes and a fully equipped kitchen/pantry. It's a period property which has been given a quality and modern finish. The outdoor pool just outside the sliding doors off the kitchen was absolutely beautiful. We were sorely tempted to take a dip - pity it's now winter Down Under. We also felt safe/secure while at the property. The house is located in the quiet part of Hammad Street and is directly opposite a lovely park and is very near two neighbourhood malls, a medical centre and a pub! And the river is just a short drive away (less than 7 minutes!).

The property was more than abit cold, it being winter Diwn Under now, but the heater/aircond unit in the kitchen/dining room area did a good job in taking the edge off the cold.
