Location is good, convenient to the city and to Freo. It is clean and there were enough coffee capsules ro last us through our stay.

Not a big fan of the security deposit and the cleaning fee is way too high (equivalent to 1 night stay at a good hotel in the city) and you still have to clean out the garbage and wash and dry your own towels if you want clean towels. 2 of the rooms doesnt have aircon unit but fans are provided (not very sure if it is sufficient enough for summer). We ended up also opening the windows to get the cool air in at night on top of the fans even though it is supposed to be autumn weather. As the apartment is behind some commercial units on the ground floor you can hear car driving in, slamming of car doors and talking right next to your windows very early in the morning at 7+. I am always awaken by the noise rather than my alarm clock. I would say stay here only if you prefer to cook or have a huge group of travellers. If you don't mind eating out every meal and travelling solo or as a couple then stay at the hotel.

The apartment was amazing, extremely suitable for families. Location was perfect as our visit required daily travel to Fremantle. We come from Darwin, so the absence of ceiling fans is always interesting to us 🤣 however the fans available were a great in inclusion.
